Here's what's changed:
1. The cutie on-screen now shows what your click rate is while hovering (+1, +2, +4 etc).
2. Fixed a bug where the cha-ching sound would play with sounds muted on Coin Mint upwards.
3. Fixed a bug where the Coin Temple button would display the wrong tooltip.
4. Added Coin Mine upgrade.
5. Added cursor upgrades to increase click rate.
